Beautiful brand new apartment with a sunny terrace in a residential complex close to La Mata beach. This beautiful apartment features one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a lovely living and dining area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a sunny terrace. A terrace is available for relaxing while sitting in the relaxation area or enjoying Spanish cuisine at the outdoor dining table. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. You can also enjoy a TV and fiber optic Wi-Fi. Bed linen, duvets, pillows, and towels are provided. The apartment is located just a few meters from La Mata beach, a 40-meter-wide sandy beach that stretches for 12 km to Guardamar. The beachfront promenade is also within walking distance. Restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and other amenities are within walking distance. La Mata is surrounded by two large natural salt lakes (one pink and one emerald) that are home to a variety of birds and wildlife. This is an ideal place for biking, taking a walk around the lagoon, having a picnic, or bringing your binoculars for birdwatching. Street market in La Mata every Wednesday morning from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Guests will have access to the entire apartment with a balcony and shared pool and garden. • Check-in until 11:00 PM is included in our nightly rate, but please note that if you arrive after 11:00 PM, you will be charged an additional fee as follows: Between 11:00 PM and midnight: €25 Between midnight and 1:30 AM: €35 Check-in after 1:30 AM: €45 There is a €50 surcharge per stay for the use of air conditioning. This fee must be paid on the day of arrival.
